This time was our 2nd stay at this particular resort and we came back to it purely because of it’s beautiful ocean views, the very friendly staff, the amazingly clean accommodation and the relaxing environment you would want out of a family vacation. We had a fantastic time kayaking and riding the bikes which there was no charge for. This time we stayed in one of the deluxe cabins which had the best view that I have ever seen. We spent some of our evenings down by the fire camp which was awesome, just outside the gorgeous pavilion which in itself is an eye opener and I understand it has been used as a venue for a few weddings which I think is picture perfect!. The hiking trails around there were fantastic and the locals were also very friendly. All in all a great location. I would recommend it to everyone.

This resort on Quadra is beautiful and peaceful. They are well equipped for kayaking and the seals are just waiting for you on the other side of the bay! The owners are very pleasant and helpful.
There is also this most amazing big round pavilion with a serene atmosphere and some artful wood carvings. It is perfect for anything from the most zen , like yoga, to the liveliest gatherings. If you happen to have a bit of rain, that place makes up for it! It is the coziest and most versatile room I have ever seen.
I had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.

My fiance and I were married at Seascape on September 15th. We had an amazing experience. We were looking for an intimate location for our event. Seascape turned out to be more then we could have possible expected. Mark and Robin were very accommodating and gave us the run of the place. All of our guests had nothing but glowing reviews for Seascape. While the rooms were rustic in nature they were well worth the price that Seascape charges. If you are looking for a 5 star resort this is not the place for you but if you are looking for a quaint west coast island experience you won’t be disappointed.

I stayed at Seascape for some friends’ wedding this September and was blown away with the setting. What an amazing little resort. The owners went out of their way for everyone at the wedding and the setting could not have been more perfect. If you want a quaint little getaway spot — search no further. Located minutes from the ferry, the local coffee shop, and the general store, this resort was isolated enough for you to forget the rest of the world was dealing with the rat-race. The cabins are rustic but clean and well stocked and the view is sublime. Mornings on the sundeck with a java in hand were the ideal way to start our days. I just wish I had had more time to just hang out and watch eagles soar, mellow out in the peace and quiet, and just relax. Again, a great little resort!!

In July, 2007 my wife and I spent two weeks at the Seascape Resort on Gowland harbor, Quadra Island, B.C., and had the time of our lives. Gowland harbour is a piece of heaven, and Qudara island is a slice of paradise. Mark, Jenn, Robin and the rest of the staff at the resort made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was very comfortable and reasonably priced. We especially enjoyed the spectacular view from our veranda, free use of the kayaks and the very reasonable rates for the use of a power fishing boat.
After each busy day of adventuring on the island it was wonderful to come back to the Seascape, light up the barbecue and stare out at some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. From our veranda we watched eagles, herons, porpoises, seals, deer all sorts of birds and a magnificent sky. The sea food was awesome, the weather was perfect , the staff at the Seascape were fantastic and the only down side…was having to leave.
Thanks for great holiday. We’ll see you next summer.

My daughter and I have been going to Seascape Waterfront Resort on Quadra Island for the past 2 summers. We absolutely LOVE it there. It is situated in a very convenient location, close to grocery shopping, hiking trails and, of course, it’s right on the ocean. We love the fact that we get use of the kayaks at no additional charge. The rooms are comfortable with everything one needs. All you have to bring is your own food! Mark and Jennifer are so hospitable – we feel that we are right at home. The barbeques are wonderful. Most of all, it’s just a place where we can escape from the stresses of the real world.
We were also so impressed with their newest facility which accommodates all types of events from yoga retreats to weddings.
I would highly recommend a stay at Seascape Waterfront Resort. We will certainly be going back there again next summer!
